SWORD DISPLAYS AND WORKSHOPS

Available for all kinds of events, our fighting knights act out a sword contest between the good and the bad. The show can have from 2 to 10 knights, performing complex choreographed routines, using a variety of weapons.

The show itself has many versions and can be scripted to be bespoke to your event. It can be performed as a one-off, between 10 and 20 minutes long, or, as a number of sections to fit between banquet courses.

The performance is heavy in humour, married with serious, realistic fighting that will make any audience cringe.

LECTURES / DEMONSTRATIONS

The Knights of Arkley provide lecture-demonstrations covering a wide of topics on the Medieval theme, including the training of the knight and his horse, chivary, heraldry, weapons and fighting.

These are suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues, and can be tailored to your specific requirements, and even linked to the history of a special area or venue.

We can incorporate hands on experience for all age groups and give tuition with special swords.

Workshops can be arranged for riding clubs or groups with their own horses in basic knight skills.
